WRITTEN STATEMENT OF PRIVACY POLICIES IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
As part of the recruitment process, the company IMAA foundation, collects some personal information about candidates who express their willingness to apply for vacant positions made public by the company IMAA(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The company guarantees a security system for the storage and further processing of this data, in full accordance with the provisions of Law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 “On the protection of personal data” as amended.
The candidate confirms the completeness and authenticity of the provided information and also declares that he has provided correctly and truthfully all the required information.
Upon the submission by the candidate of the documentation containing his personal data, to the company, the candidate declares that he gives his approval/consent for further proceedings, respectively the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with Law no. 9887 “On the protection of personal data” as well as any other information related to this data only for internal use of the company, as well as in their further processing, the company guarantees the confidential treatment of this data and ensures that no data will be transferred to third parties, but the data will be used only for the purpose of evaluating
the candidacy for the job vacancy. The candidate also declares that he approves the storage of his personal data by the company for recruitment purposes even in vacant positions that will be published in the future by the company, for a period of time according to the provisions of the data archiving law.
The candidate declares that he has received notification that he can request the addition, removal, blocking, correction or updating of his data at any time. Also, he has been informed that he has the right to obtain personal data and documents or to object the processing of his data at any time.
The candidate also declares that he/she has been informed that the premises of the company are monitored by surveillance cameras and in case of incidents at work or misuse of photos or videos recorded in the premises of the company, he/she can contact the company to have access to the personal data Video-Images obtained from the CCTV video surveillance system.
DEKLARATË E SHKRUAR E POLITIKAVE TË PRIVATËSISË NË PROCESIN E REKRUTIMIT
Në kuadër të procesit të rekrutimit, shoqëria IMAA Albania foundation, mbledh disa informacione personale për kandidatët që shprehin vullnetin e tyre për të aplikuar në pozicionet vakante të bëra publike nga shoqëria IMAA foundation(këtu e mëposhtë referuar vetëm si “Shoqëria”).
Shoqëria garanton ystem sigurie për ruajtjen dhe përpunimin e mëtejshëm të këtyre të dhënave, në përputhje të plotë me parashikimet e Ligjit nr. 9887 datë 10.03.2008 “Për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale” I ndryshuar.
Kandidati konfirmon plotësimin dhe vërtetësinë e informacionit të dhënë dhe deklaron gjithashtu se ka dhënë në mënyrë korrekte dhe të vërtetë të tërë informacionin e kërkuar.
Me dorëzimin nga kandidati për punësim të dokumentacioneve që përmbajnë të dhëna personale të tij, pranë shoqërisë, kandidati deklaron se jep miratimin/pëlqimin e tij për procedimin e mëtejshëm, përkatësisht të mbledhjes dhe përpunimit të dhënave personale në përputhje me Ligjin nr. 9887 “Per mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale” si dhe të cdo informacioni tjëtër në lidhje me këto të dhëna vetëm për përdorim të brendshëm të shoqërisë, si dhe në procedimin e mëtejshëm të tyre shoqëria garanton trajtimin me konfidencialitet të këtyre të dhënave si dhe siguron se asnjë e dhënë nuk do t’i kalohet personave të tretë, por çdo edhënë do të përdoret vetëm për qëllime të vlerësimit të kandidaturës për pozicionin vakant të punës. Kandidati gjithashtu deklaron se miraton ruajtjen e të dhënave të tij personale pranë shoqërisë për qëllime të rekrutimit edhe në pozicione vakante që do të publikohen në të ardhmen nga shoqëria, për një periudhë kohe sipas parashikimeve të ligjit për arkivimin e të dhënave.
Kandidati deklaron se ka marr njoftim që mund të kërkoj shtimin, heqjen, bllokimin, korrigjimin apo përditësimin e të dhënave të tij në cdo kohë. Gjithashtu, ai është informuar se ka të drejtën e marrjes se të dhënave dhe dokumentave personale apo për të kundërshtuar përpunimin e të dhënave të tij në cdo kohë.
Gjithashtu kandidati deklaron se është informuar që ambientet e shoqërisë janë të mbikëqyrura me kamera vezhgimi dhe në rast të incidenteve në punë apo keqpërdorimit të fotove apo videove të cilat regjistrohen në ambientet e shoqërisë, ai/ajo mund ti drejtohen shoqërisë për të patur akses në të dhënat personale Video-Imazhe të marra nga sistemi i video vëzhgimit CCTV.
